A custom domain lets customers visit your business website using your own web address instead of a platform subdomain.
Before You Start
Check:
your subscription includes custom domain support
you own the domain you want to use
you can edit the domain's DNS settings
Typical Setup Flow
Open the custom domain settings in the dashboard.
Add the domain you want to connect.
Review the DNS records Eniston asks you to create.
Add those records with your domain provider.
Wait for DNS changes to propagate.
Return to the dashboard and confirm the domain is connected.
Good Practice
Decide early whether you want www or the root domain as the primary address.
Keep a note of all DNS changes for future reference.
Test the domain on desktop and mobile after connection.
If It Does Not Work
Check:
the DNS records were entered exactly
the records were added to the correct domain
enough time has passed for DNS updates
your plan includes the custom domain feature
