How to Manage Table Bookings

Table bookings should be handled with the same consistency as orders. Accurate records reduce missed covers and service confusion.

What to Capture

For each booking, make sure the team records:

  • customer name

  • date and time

  • party size

  • any operational notes the branch needs

Good Booking Habits

  • confirm key details before saving

  • review upcoming bookings before service starts

  • update or cancel bookings promptly if the customer changes plans

During Service

  • check the booking against the actual arrival

  • keep any seating or table notes practical

  • close out completed bookings cleanly
