How to Assign Staff to Branches

Branch assignment makes sure staff can only work in the locations they are supposed to access.

When This Matters Most

Branch assignment is especially important for:

  • managers who oversee specific locations

  • staff working in one or two branches

  • multi-site businesses

Steps

  1. Open the staff member's profile in team management.

  2. Go to branch access or branch assignment.

  3. Select the branches that user should be able to access.

  4. Save the changes.

  5. Ask the user to sign in again if needed.

Good Practice

  • assign only the branches a person actually needs

  • review branch access after team moves or restructures

  • remove old branch access promptly
