Incoming orders should be checked quickly and updated consistently so the whole team knows what is happening.
Where Orders Appear
Orders are typically managed from the dashboard or EPOS order screens. Staff should only work in the branch they are assigned to.

Keep the orders screen open during service
Check new orders as they arrive
Confirm the branch and fulfilment type before acting
2. Review order details
Check:
customer name
items and quantities
notes or special requests
fulfilment method
payment status if shown
3. Update the order status
Move the order through the correct status stages as work is completed.

Good Team Habits
Do not leave new orders unreviewed during busy periods.

If something cannot be fulfilled, communicate early and update the order accordingly.
