Steps
Open the dashboard and select the branch you want to update.
Go to the online ordering or fulfilment settings for that branch.
Enable the fulfilment methods you want to offer:
collection
delivery
Save the changes.
If delivery is enabled, review the service area so customers outside your area are not accepted by mistake.
Test the website from a customer point of view.
Recommended Checks
If a branch is collection-only, do not leave delivery enabled.
If delivery is enabled, check that service coverage and opening times make sense together.
If you run multiple branches, review each branch separately.
Before Going Live
Make sure:
the correct fulfilment methods appear on the website
the branch is open
the menu items you want to sell are active
the team knows which order types the branch is handling
