Remove or deactivate staff access promptly when someone leaves, changes role, or should no longer access the business.

  • remove access as soon as it is no longer needed

  • review branch assignments and active devices at the same time

  • keep owner access tightly controlled

Check:

  • the user no longer has unnecessary branch access

  • shared devices are signed out if needed

  • the change does not leave a critical role uncovered
