Check These First

  • is the device connected to the internet?

  • is the correct branch being used?

  • does the user have access to that branch?

  • are the login details correct?

Quick Fixes

  • retry with the correct branch details

  • confirm the staff member role and branch assignment

  • sign out unused sessions if the device limit may be involved

  • restart the device if the app is stuck
