Why Can I Not Register Another Device?

If you cannot register another EPOS device, the most likely cause is that the business or branch has reached its active device limit.

Check These First

  • has the plan device limit been reached?

  • are old devices still active?

  • is the device being linked to the correct branch?

  • is the internet connection stable?

Common Fixes

  • sign out or remove unused devices

  • review active sessions

  • check that the new device is being registered correctly

  • upgrade the plan if the limit is consistently too low
